Some guy named "John Oneil" appeared in my yahoo email contacts and started Instant messaging me. I asked who this was and he said that I had appeared on HIS contacts and was asking all these weird questions about breastfeeding and if I do it and how often and some really crazy stuff… I kept talking to him because I wanted to find out where he was from and why he was talking to me. While I did this I got his IP address and looked it up but it gave an address that comes up as Yahoo Headquarters 701 First Ave, in Sunnyvale CA. When I asked him if that was his address he said it used to be. Weird!

So what I want to know is there anyway to get information from someones IP address without paying for it? It really creeped me out.

on msn, (someones faked an email adress and got his willy out) and i want to find out who it is, how can i find out the IP address from their email address? and would i be able to find out where they live if i have to ip too?

I keep receiving explicit messages from Yahoo messenger to my phone from email datheat1@yahoo.com about my fiance and I from someone we believe to be her ex. I did an email reverse search through a paid service and received a name we’ve never heard of and two address’s, The name, which we believe is fake, is Javon Baker
and the two address’s are 2462 Curie Ct
Herndon, VA 20171 and 855 Knight Ct
Charlottesvle, VA 22901. The ip address I received through the paid service is 209.131.36.158. Is there anyway I can find out through this information who is sending me these messages to my phone?

so heres the deal my sister she lives out of US so she said she has some problem with her pc and she wants to buy another one and throw this one away but i tild her not maybe i could do something if she gave me her ip address i told her to go to myipaddress.com she gave me a 5 # she said she ddint not see any other # in that page so was wondering is there any way to find some ones ip and enter their PC ?

say the police/fbi/cia are trying to trace someones ip address… will it lead them to there house ever?? also can the police hack a facebook account and find out the persons email and then trace the email to the person??
but could they go on to facebook and trace who has been editing an account…… or would facebook give out any information about you???

I was wondering if there is anyway to locate someones ip address with just their email? He found me on myspace as well. I have blocked him and reported this person to myspace but myspace has yet to do anything about it. He has never sent me an email though. Just messages in my inbox for myspace and chatted on yahoo messenger. What the hell can i do. This person will not leave me alone.

I have no emails from this person or anything like that but I believe they are trying to hook into my computer somehow. I now they just installed firefox utube on there system and advsd me I should do the same,something to do w/connecting to the internet. I just sent someone an email and a second after I accidentally pressed send I signed out. I tried deleting the email in my sent folder but it didn’t say anything…did this email get sent tot he person I sended it to?…

Is it possible to find someones IP address on an email? I use yahoo mail and can’t find it on mail I recieve. All I want to do is see if some mail I get is coming from the same computer.
